As a shareholder and owner of BergTech Solutions GmbH, he shapes the strategic direction of the company and contributes his extensive technical expertise to the planning, organization, and implementation of complex industrial and raw material projects.

With over 20 years of experience in senior positions, Mr. Schall possesses comprehensive expertise in project management and corporate leadership. He successfully managed large-scale projects such as the Tunnel Construction Praha 5 (2007), oversaw the implementation of major infrastructure projects such as the Boxberg Power Plant (Germany) and the A4 motorway with tunnel construction near Jena. Through his many years of experience in national and international projects in the construction and energy sectors, he stands for efficient project management, strategic leadership, and sustainable solutions in the industrial and infrastructure sector.

Mr. Wermann is responsible at BergTech Solutions GmbH for marketing, market research, press relations, and project presentation. With his keen sense of modern communication and market trends, he ensures the optimal external representation of the company and supports the implementation of strategic marketing measures. In addition, he assists the management in positioning the company in national and international markets.
