BergTech Solutions GmbH, a leading German technology company, is proud to announce the signing of a strategic partnership with MR Construction & Engineering Group (MRCE GROUP), a key player in Uzbekistan’s mining and construction sector.
As part of the agreement, BergTech Solutions GmbH acquires a 30% stake in MRCE GROUP, becoming a major investor and long-term strategic partner.

This collaboration opens a new era of international cooperation, aimed at:
• implementing advanced engineering solutions and digital technologies;

• expanding the scale of operations both nationally and internationally.

• Investments of $150 million in 2025–2026
• Creation of more than 2,000 new jobs, with over 1,000 to be established in 2025 alone
• $50 million allocated in 2025 to strengthen MRCE GROUP’s material and technical base
